Christyn Hollkamp LMT
Christyn has been a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Virginia since 2009.
Christyn is a Navy veteran and spouse. She spent eight years as an Electronics Technician in the United States Navy, serving aboard USS Nassau and USS Winston S. Churchill. She has two amazing children who stay busy with gymnastics, wrestling, and flag football. In her spare time she enjoys running and has completed several half marathons and three full marathons.
After attaining her Massage Therapy Certification and License, she spent seven years honing her skills at Massage Luxe. Early in 2018 she opened Recharge Massage Therapy to have more freedom to expand her knowledge base into new techniques and apply them to her practice. Christyn’s approach to massage is thorough and thoughtful. She uses her knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology to pinpoint areas that may be causing pain or discomfort. She loves everything about massage therapy; from the benefits of relaxing techniques, to deep therapies for pain management and increased flexibility, and the possibilities for future learning. It is her goal to listen to clients’ concerns and issues and provide safe and effective treatment to improve quality of life for her clients.
